Couscous Feta Salad

  • 1 cup TJ’s Whole Wheat Couscous
  • 1 cup TJ’s Vegetable Broth
  • 1 can TJ Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Green Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Mediterranean Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup TJ’s Kalamata Olives, diced
  • TJ’s Goddess Dressing, to taste

Cook the Couscous in vegetable broth according to directions on package. Fluff with a fork, then add beans, onions, cheese and olives. Dress the mixture and toss lightly… delicious. Enjoy!

Serves: 3 – 4
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
