Cookie Butter Popsicles
- 1 large TJ’s Banana
- 3/4 cup TJ’s Cookie Butter
- 2 cups TJ’s Milk
- 1/2 tsp TJ’s Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup TJ’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- You will also need 10 popsicle sticks and 10 small paper cups to use as molds.
Break the banana apart and toss it in a blender with the cookie butter, milk and salt, blend until there are no more chunks of banana and everything is the the same color. Sprinkle the chocolate chips into the bottom of your small paper cups, and pour in the cookie butter mix until each cup is about 2/3 full. Cover up each cup with foil and poke a popsicle stick down the center. Stick the popsicles in the freezer for a few (about six) hours.
