Cucumber Canapé

  • 6 TJ’s Persian Cucumbers
  • 4 ounces Chicken of the Sea Premium Crab
  • 1 tablespoon TJ’s Organic Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon TJ’s Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 1 package TJ’s Wasabi Roasted Seaweed Snacks

Peel and quarter cucumbers. Using a paring knife, remove the seedy middle from the cut cucumbers creating a cup. Pat dry. Mix crab, mayo and rice vinegar. Spoon crab mixture into cucumber cups. Crumble seaweed snack on top. Serve.

Serves: 12 – 16
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes   

What do we wash it down with? Maybe a Gingerosa on the side?  Whatchya thinking peeps?⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑⇑
