Wasabi Pasta Salad
- 1/2 package TJ’s Brown Rice Spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 cup TJ’s Shelled Edamame (in our refrigerated cases)
- 1/2 cup TJ’s Shredded Carrots
- 1 medium TJ’s Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 TJ’s Green Onions, diced
- 3 tablespoons TJ’s Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon TJ’s Wasabi Mayo
- Salt, to taste
Rinse cooked spaghetti with cool water and then toss with rice vinegar and wasabi mayo. Mix in edamame, carrots, cucumber and green onions. Serve chilled.
Serves: 2 – 4
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
