Girasoli Ricotta & Lemon Zest Ravioli. Soooooo good. It’s a little sweet but not overly. The lemon finishes nicely.
*UPDATE: This is a great sauce that Dean from the store made. It’s UNBELIEVABLE!
-4 tbsp butter browned
-Add one pint heavy cream
-4 sage leaves…slice the rest of leaves in chiffonade for garnish
-Add fresh black cracked pepper to taste
