- 2 TJ’s English Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- Juice of one TJ’s Lime
- 1 container of TJ’s Cilantro & Chive Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup TJ’s Organic Plain Low Fat Yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon TJ’s Sea Salt
- TJ’s Fresh Cilantro for garnish
Puree cucumbers with lime juice in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add dip, yogurt and salt to cucumber puree. Mix until thoroughly combined. Divide into four bowls. Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
